Kiyan Finance uses the information you provide to receive, review, and respond to a contact inquiry. We do not sell it, use it for behavioural advertising, or build marketing profiles from it.
Who is responsible
Kiyan Finance is the controller for information handled through this website and its contact intake. Kiyan operates from Saudi Arabia. For privacy questions or requests, write to privacy@kiyan.finance. This notice does not replace the separate notices that may apply to a Kiyan product, beta programme, or third-party service.
Information we handle
When you send a contact inquiry, we process the information you choose to provide:
- Name, email address, organization, inquiry type, and subject.
- Message content and an optional portfolio link.
- Submission time and form-security signals used to prevent abuse.
We do not ask for wallet keys, recovery phrases, payment credentials, or other secrets. Form-security inputs and timing are checked to protect the contact channel but are not stored in Kiyan's inquiry records.
Why we use it
- To route, review, and reply to product, partnership, press, career, and security inquiries.
- To prevent spam, automated submissions, and misuse of the contact channel.
- To maintain a protected, accountable record while an inquiry is active.
Where required, Kiyan relies on your voluntary submission to handle an inquiry and on its legitimate interest in operating a secure contact channel. We will also process information when a legal obligation or valid legal request requires it.
Access and protection
Access to inquiry content is restricted to authorized Kiyan personnel and vetted service providers that support our operations. We use appropriate measures to protect this information and may disclose it where necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, or respond to a valid authority request.
Retention and deletion
Ordinary inquiries are retained for up to 12 months from submission. Security reports are retained for up to 24 months. Our retention job permanently removes expired records each day unless a documented legal hold applies. A hold is used only when preservation is necessary for a legal, security, or dispute-related reason.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of an inquiry associated with your email address. Email privacy@kiyan.finance with the subject “Privacy request.” We verify that you control the relevant email address before sharing or changing information, and may retain limited information where law or a legal hold requires it. You may also raise a concern with the relevant data-protection authority.
Necessary services and security
This site currently does not use analytics, advertising pixels, or marketing cookies. We use necessary security and access controls to protect the contact channel and restricted areas. We do not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about individuals through this website.
International scope and updates
Kiyan is Saudi-first and globally accessible. If Kiyan deliberately targets people in the EEA, UK, California, or another jurisdiction—or changes its data practices—we will review and update this notice and related rights processes before that change. We will post the effective date above when this notice is updated.
